There are many hurdles to starting a small business and finding suitable workspace with palatable terms can prove to be a challenging one.  Manor Farm Yard in Coate, just outside Devizes is a growing facility that aims to solve this problem to local micro and small business owners.  Privately owned by Steve Whiston and family, we have been breathing life back into Manor Farm, an ancient 15th century farm with a mix of modern and old farm buildings.  The last twelve years has seen this landscape move from a derelict site to a hive of activity and with further buildings to be converted , we are far from complacent.  We have recently finished converting our largest building on site from an old agricultural grain store to 7 good sized office and workshops on two floors.   We also hope to add  solar to our farm buildings in the near future,  contributing to a more sustainable future for all of us that work at Manor Farm Yard.  At present we have 16 businesses working and providing services to the local community from Symonds and Sampson, Estate management and Estate Agents to TGP photography who specialise in baby, family and wedding photography.  We have a chocolatier making delicious chocolate and two companies that make honey products.  If you are looking for a space to run your business and don't want to end up in an Industrial unit or High street office, do get in contact.
